Constems AI is a company which specializes in integrating AI technology to large enterprise work environments. One of the services provided by Constems AI was their facial recognition technology. Using the existing wireframes and designed created by front-end engineers, I collaborated with the design team and PMs to ideate and build a more productive and delightful user experience for clients.

THE CHALLENGE
Redesigning the account manager on BOVI AI's mobile app
Clients are limited in functions and options when working through the BOVI AI mobile app. Currently clients have to sign into their computers to have full controls on basic functions. Our goal is to explore a fresh look for the BOVI AI mobile application and to improve the usability by creating a consistent design language which aligned with the company brand.

The goal was to maintain signature components that users needed, but creating cleaner designs that focused on the major call-to-action and detail information needed. The more eyes on a design, the more my designs were exposed to other opinions, experience, and critique . Consistent collaboration creates a positive environment where creative flourishes. By collaborating with my team, it allowed us to solve for many of the pain points found in the user journey that may have been left unanswered.

Working with foreign engineers and team members in different cultures may be challenging when trying to convince how design should lead technology. It was important to have the difficult conversations that would drive stakeholder buy-in in order to create the best user experiences. This is why creating a roadmap and a process was essential to developing a successful product.
